Lucid Dreaming

Hello interwebzies, for the past two months I've been experimenting with a little something called Lucid Dreaming.
For those of you who do not know what Lucid Dreaming is, well, put simply it's the act or state of realizing you're in a dream.
The brain is said to enter REM cycles in 90 minute intervals. This is when your body enters its most restful state, and your mind enters la-la land. Despite what dreams you can remember, during REM sleep, you are ALWAYS dreaming. It's just most people can't remember their dreams, partially because they don't want to as bad as they should. Scientists say that the only dreams you can remember are the ones right before you wake from REM sleep.

I'm not an expert on Lucid Dreaming, but from experience, I can say it has been one of the more enjoyable things on this god forsaken planet. In a lucid dream, you have the ability to do, create, imagine ANYTHING you want. It's quite amazing. For more information, visit my bud Dr. Pepper at http://www.lucidity.com/

  5. Certainly is amazing stuff. Once I rode godzilla into the apocalypse to fight darth vader with baboons wielding giant purple dildoes. Was intense.

  6. The dreams i always strive for are the ones where I can breathe underwater. Hopefully using some of the techniques I've found on here, I can make this happen more frequently.
